Book a discovery call

This is not a sales call.

It’s a short, initial conversation for founders who feel that leadership decisions are starting to matter more — whether you’re building your first leadership layer, adding experience you don’t have in-house yet, or dealing with growing organisational complexity.

You don’t need to define the issue yet.
You don’t need to prepare anything.

This call is about one thing only:
deciding whether we can add value — or whether a different approach is needed.

You remain the decision-maker.
We bring perspective from scale-up environments where leadership choices begin to compound.

Friendly Asked Questions

What is the purpose of the discovery call?
The discovery call is a short conversation to understand your situation and assess whether Ankkor is the right fit. It is founder-level and confidential. There is no pitch, no CVs, and no pressure.
Is the discovery call a sales call?
No. We do not sell anything during this call. The only goal is to decide whether it makes sense to continue the conversation.
Who should book a discovery call?
Founders or CEO-level decision-makers of tech-driven scale-ups. Leadership decisions at this level cannot be delegated. This call is not intended for HR or recruitment teams.
What is discussed during the discovery call?
We discuss your company’s current situation and the leadership decision you are facing. The focus is on context and risk, not on solutions. The conversation stays high-level.
What happens if Ankkor is not the right fit?
We will say so directly. Not every scale-up needs our involvement. Ending the conversation early saves time on both sides.
What is the requirements deep-dive?
If we’re convinced we can help, we schedule a structured follow-up call. This deep-dive is used to get a complete view of your business, leadership needs, and expectations. It provides the context required to decide how to move forward.
Is the requirements deep-dive a commitment to work together?
No. It is still part of the qualification process. Both sides use this step to confirm whether working together makes sense.
When does Leadership Stress Testing come into play?
Leadership Stress Testing is **a must before any exclusive leadership hiring starts**. It is never done during the discovery call. Only after the requirements deep-dive, once sufficient context is available, do we confirm whether and how this step will be applied.
When are scope, approach, and terms discussed?
After the requirements deep-dive and once there is full clarity. At that point, we align on scope, approach, and terms. Nothing is agreed before this step.
What should I expect at the end of this process?
Clear direction on next steps. Either we move forward with a defined scope and approach, or we conclude it is not the right moment. In both cases, expectations are clear.
